An Appeal to Help Save a life of Harriet Kobugabe

Harriet Kobugabe, a budding entrepreneur, dynamic youth activist very instrumental in the campaigns and advocacy for good governance, accountability, gender equality and gender responsive governance, was attached by her then fiancé in 2011 at her home in Bukasa resulting into a crack on her chest that left her in an ailing situation. Since the incident her condition has never normalized despite undergoing 4 surgeries at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) where she was first treated immediately after the incident.
